Scope and detail level
Standard focuses on visible, high-impact areas. Premium adds hidden details, specialty cleaning passes, and detailing tools — all of which take more time per zone. By-request items such as inside oven, inside fridge, and inside cabinets add further hours.
Size and layout
More bathrooms, larger kitchens, more rooms, more windows, more blinds, and more surfaces all contribute directly to labour time.
Special factors
