Our Position on Discounts

We are not discount-driven. Our focus is consistent execution and quality control. These options exist only when they improve efficiency or reflect long-term loyalty.

Client Equipment & Supplies Credit

$2.50 credit per labour hour when you provide professional-grade equipment and suitable supplies, ready to use.

Rules

  • Equipment must be professional-grade and in working condition.
  • Supplies must be suitable for the surfaces in the home.
  • If equipment slows the work or risks results, the credit does not apply and we switch to our kit to protect the finish.

Flexible Scheduling Credit (Mon–Wed)

$2.50 credit per labour hour when you allow routing flexibility within Monday–Wednesday.

Rules

  • You provide 1–3 date options within Monday–Wednesday.
  • We confirm the exact day/time in advance.
  • This credit exists to reduce travel time and improve routing efficiency.

Combining Programs 1 & 2: Programs 1 and 2 may be combined on the same visit for a maximum combined credit of $5.00 per labour hour.

Maria Signature Club

Invitation-based loyalty reward

An invitation-based reward for long-term Regular Premium clients. After 3+ months of uninterrupted recurring service, you receive a monthly $100 Gift Certificate to gift to friends or family — so they can experience the Maria Standard.

Certificate Rules

  • Gift Certificates are for gifting to friends/family only and cannot be used at the member's own address.
  • One (1) Gift Certificate may be used per booking — no stacking — certificates cannot be combined.
  • Valid for first-time client households only (new household booking).
  • Applies to labour only — add-ons and special requests are excluded unless confirmed in writing.
  • Expiry: 6 months from issuance date.
  • We reserve the right to refuse redemption if misuse is suspected.
  • The member's own address is permanently excluded from redemption under any circumstances.

Important Notes

  • Credits apply only when the stated conditions are met and confirmed in advance.
  • Rewards/credits do not change service standards or scope.
  • All credits and rewards are subject to our Terms & Conditions, including rescheduling/cancellation policies and lock-out rules.
  • If there is a conflict between this page and Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions govern.
