Specialist Post-Construction Cleaning — Not Standard Deep Cleaning

After Renovation CleaningDust-Free. Finish-Protected. Move-In Ready.

Renovation is finished — but fine construction dust lingers on every surface, inside cabinets, along trim, and in tracks. We remove it with a specialist multi-pass sequence so your finishes stay protected and your home is truly ready to enjoy.

This is not a regular deep clean adapted for renovation. It is a purpose-built service for post-construction conditions.

Why after-renovation cleaning is different

Regular cleaning and standard deep cleaning are not designed for post-construction dust. Here is why the approach must be different.

Fine construction dust behaves differently

It is ultra-fine, airborne, and resettles for days. A single surface pass does not remove it — it just moves it.

Wrong sequence smears and hazes

Applying wet cloths before dry removal turns dust into a film. Our dry-to-wet sequence prevents this entirely.

Edges, trim, tracks, and cabinets need a full reset

Dust settles deep into tracks, drawer interiors, closet shelves, and door frames — areas regular cleaning skips.

Built specifically for post-construction conditions

This is not a deep clean adapted for renovation. It is a specialist service designed from the ground up for post-construction dust.

When to book this service

Your renovation may be complete — but the home still feels dusty. You want to protect your investment and move in without settling into a space that still carries construction residue.

Renovation is complete — you want a proper dust reset before moving back in

The work is done. Now the home needs a thorough reset before you settle in and start unpacking.

Fine dust keeps resettling on floors, trims, and surfaces

Construction dust is deceptively persistent. A multi-pass sequence captures it properly instead of spreading it.

You want streak-free finishes — no smudges, no hazy wipe marks

Dry-to-wet sequencing prevents smearing and leaves surfaces truly clear, not just wiped.

Before furniture delivery or final walkthrough

Have the home professionally reset before your belongings arrive or the final inspection takes place.

Allergies or sensitivities — you want particles removed properly

Fine construction particles require systematic removal, not just a surface pass.

Before organizing cabinets, shelves, and closets

So dust is not trapped inside storage areas from day one when you put items away.

Our multi-pass process

Post-construction dust requires a dry-to-wet sequence — otherwise it turns into smears and hazy wipe marks.

We use clean microfiber rotation and repeated passes so dust is captured, not spread.

01

Dry HEPA Pass

Vacuum floors, edges, baseboards, vents, and ledges to remove loose dust before any wet contact.

02

Detail Capture

Microfiber wipe of trims, frames, doors, and high-touch points with clean cloth rotation throughout.

03

Interior Reset

Wipe inside cabinets, drawers, and shelves so storage areas are ready for use.

04

Floor Finishing

Mop and steam where surface-safe and appropriate, using a finish-protecting protocol throughout.

05

Final Streak Check

Re-inspect under different angles and light, then spot-correct any remaining marks.

Tip: If duct cleaning is planned, doing it before this service can help reduce recirculating dust and improve the final result.

Areas commonly missed after renovation

These are the spots clients often overlook — and where dust quietly settles before you even start unpacking.

Inside drawers and cabinets — dust settles deep inside before you unpack

Window tracks and frames — fine dust packs into grooves and rails

Trim, baseboards, and door tops — horizontal surfaces collect layers

Storage shelves and closets — often skipped, but dust settles here too

Switch plates, outlet covers, and detail surfaces — small but visible

Vents and vent covers — dust collects here and recirculates

Floor edges and corners — where dust accumulates and is hardest to reach

Door frames on both sides — often wiped on one side only

Equipment we use where it helps

We bring the right tools for post-construction conditions — not to impress, but to achieve better, safer, more thorough results where standard methods are not enough.

Steam machines

Used on floors and surfaces where steam is safe and beneficial — helps lift residue without harsh chemicals.

Carpet shampoo machine

Available where carpets need deeper post-renovation treatment beyond standard vacuuming.

Professional dust-removal approach

HEPA-grade vacuuming before any wet contact — so dust is captured, not smeared into surfaces.

Finish-safe methods throughout

Careful technique to protect new paint, floors, trim, glass, and delicate finishes from damage during cleaning.

Important timing note

Book this before you unpack

This service is most effective when completed before kitchenware, clothing, pantry items, and storage areas are filled. Once items are placed inside dusty cabinets and shelves, the dust gets trapped — and the spaces need to be emptied again to clean properly.

Cleaning first means your storage areas are truly clean from day one — so you unpack into a fresh, dust-free home, not into spaces that still carry construction residue.

What affects the estimate

Every post-renovation project is different. These are the main factors that determine the scope and planned time for your estimate.

Size of the property — total square footage and number of rooms

Amount of fine dust remaining — light renovation vs. heavy construction

Whether cabinets, drawers, and closets need inside cleaning

Number of glass surfaces, window tracks, and detail areas

Whether all renovation work is fully completed before the cleaning visit

Any add-on requests such as inside appliances, blinds, or carpet shampooing

Estimates are based on planned labour hours and the scope confirmed before booking. Final billed time reflects actual on-site work. We do not use fixed package pricing for post-renovation work — every project is scoped individually.
